The Darkest Hour
Mini-Review: Nah. It had some good ideas, and some good visuals, but it’s dragged straight down by stupid characters who do stupid-ass things. Then, in the last 20 minutes of the movie, things start happening that make no logical sense at all. I do not recommend this movie.
Men In Black 3
Mini-Review: I liked it better than Men In Black 2, and not quite as much as the first Men In Black. Josh Brolin is amazing. It’s a fun movie that fans of the first two should enjoy. If you didn’t like the first two movies, or if you hate Will Smith these days, this is probably not the movie for you.
Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy
—- Mini-Review: Damn good movie, but complex as all hell. This mostly has to do with all the characters and trying to get all the names straight. I wasn’t always sure who they were talking about. I definitely have to watch it again. The acting and direction was amazing. Gary Oldman cemented his position as my favorite actor of all time. Also, you Sherlock fans will be happy to know that Benedict Cumberbatch is in it and does a damn good job. Highly recommended, but only if you’re prepared to pay close attention to what you’re watching.

I can’t wait. Probably one of my three favorite movies of all time. There will be tears.
